- Please set the audio output on your computer as: USB audio device.
- Please turn on the microphone button on the headset line-control.
- Please note: Green light on means mic turned off/The light is off means mic turned on.
Here are the steps to use the mute function：
1. Please press the "Mic ON/OFF" button.
2. The green working light will be on, it means the mute function is in use, and the other party will not hear your voice at this time.
Notes on using the microphone.
1. The microphone only works in wireless (bluetooth) mode.
2. If you want to use the Bluetooth headset for software such as ZOOM on your computer, the headphone must be in Bluetooth connection and change the audio input and output to headset in ZOOM settings.
Reset the over ear headphones.
Headset on state, while holding down the MFB (power button)/V+ key (volume + key) for 5 seconds, and then restart to complete the reset operation.
